📌 Reminder – New  Racer X Practice Policy

Effective immediately:

    •    🚫 No videotaping at practice unless a coach gives permission.

    •    🤫 Parents and spectators must remain in the stands quietly.

    •    ⛔ Do not stand behind the coaches or near the pool deck.

    •    🏊 Spectator areas should be away from the coaching staff so swimmers can focus.

At tonight’s practice, parents were speaking so loudly behind me that I couldn’t even hear myself while giving instruction. This was very distracting for both me and the swimmers. These policies are in place to eliminate those distractions and keep our training environment consistent and productive.
